LOVE YOUR WAY TO
WELLNESS membership
You are worthy — even if life taught you to put everyone else first.
If you grew up suppressing your needs, managing other people’s emotions, or surviving constant stress, your sense of self-worth may have quietly eroded over time.
When you feel like you don’t matter, it becomes easy to settle for crumbs — in relationships, health, and how you treat yourself.
I know this pattern intimately.
And I also know how to unwind it — gently, safely, and without forcing change.
I’ve been there so I’ll teach you all the tricks to recognizing your value and building your confidence. You will feel relaxed prioritizing yourself, saying No, coping with difficult people and breaking free of procrastination. Join me to take baby steps so you can get healthier effortlessly.

My Story
Hi I’m Andrea Amador
Hi, I’m Andrea — a women’s empowerment coach, author of Lovin’ the Skin You’re In, and the creator of the Love Your Way to Wellness program (formerly Losing Weight Without Dieting).
I’m also a woman who knows what it feels like to lose the ground beneath her feet — and learn how to stand again.
I was estranged from my father for 11 years before he passed away.
I am navigating estrangement with my daughter.
And I am a widow who was forced to start over later in life than I ever imagined.
When my husband died, grief didn’t just break my heart — it lived in my body, my nervous system, and my sense of safety. At 59, I had to rebuild my life from the inside out while carrying loss, betrayal, and profound uncertainty.
What helped me survive — and eventually heal — wasn’t willpower.
It wasn’t “staying positive.”
And it wasn’t fixing myself.
What sustained me were the same principles I had been teaching women for years through my work and my book:
• self-compassion
• emotional safety
• nervous system regulation
• learning how to be on my own side again
I stopped fighting myself.
I stopped using shame as motivation.
And I learned how to stay with myself — even on the hardest days.
Now, at 62, I continue to live these tools daily. I don’t teach theory.
I teach what I’ve had to practice to survive, heal, and rebuild a life with tenderness, honesty, and strength.
My Work
I am a Women’s Empowerment Coach and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnosis — which is a clinical way of saying I’m professionally trained to support women navigating:
• toxic or emotionally unsafe relationships
• grief, estrangement, and loss
• emotional eating and body shame
• deep self-doubt and self-abandonment
But it’s the combination of professional training and raw life experience that gives me a unique edge in working with women who have been hurt, silenced, or taught to turn against themselves.
All of my losses have taught me this truth:
When you learn how to be self-compassionate, nurture yourself, and treat yourself with kindness, you build the resilience to meet life — no matter what it brings.
This is the work I live.
This is the work I teach.
And this is the work I would be honored to share with you.

“As a recovering cancer patient, Andrea Amador, The Juicy Woman, holds a special place in my heart. I had just wanted to give up, after having both ovarian cancer and breast cancer with yet another biopsy to face. In an NLP class when she offered to be my coach.
I started working with her by attending her free Juicy Woman Party Calls where we learned about emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping to lose weight. Even though I wasn’t so sure that this would work for me, I found her words, kindness, and ideas were a huge support to me in many ways, more than I can count.
For beginners, I noticed I started caring more about myself and thus, took more interest in the environment I had been living in. I once more started making my bed, washing the dishes, and actually started looking at my bills and sorting out the mail every day. Hurrah! Progress continues almost daily. I am actually catching up with taxes, and applying for financial assistance as I play the tape daily that she made for our class.
Perhaps, even more important, one day I realized I looked attractive and got dressed for myself. I don’t think I even did that before cancer.
In working with Andrea, I find really important changes happening. I am eating better, dealing with depression that kicked in with chemo and getting to some of the root causes that I believe contributed to the cancer that I had. Since it is so important to me now to find the best support I can to live in a good and healthy way, I am grateful to have Andrea as part of my support team and do recommend her to others.
Having had cancer has had a profound effect on me and I am determined to make every day count! The challenge to return to a full life, at times, has been overwhelming. There have been steps forward and sometimes setbacks. Andrea, with her support and support groups for changing one’s life as well as the tools and resources she offers has clearly helped me make giant steps forward with excitement and fun.
Thank-you Andrea for all you have given to me.”

“Andrea is as passionate about empowering women as she is compassionate with them. There have been many days when that cynical little voice in my head left me hesitant and inactive. Andrea was genuinely non-judgmental and supportive, I felt validated. She’s who you want on the other end of the line when faced with a hurdle. With Andrea, you’ll discover that you can trust yourself.”
